Nationally Accredited Mediator (NMAS)
We are pleased to announce that Donna Abu-Elias has been appointed as a Nationally Accredited Mediator under the Australian Mediation Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS).
Mediation offers a confidential, cost-effective, and less adversarial way to resolve disputes compared to court proceedings. As a nationally accredited mediator, and with over 20 years’ experience across various areas of law as both a private and in-house counsel, Donna is qualified to assist parties in reaching practical, mutually acceptable outcomes without the time, stress, and expense of litigation.

Our Approach

Mediation fees
Contact our office to book in a mediation with Donna. Her fees are:
- Half Day Mediation $1,650 plus GST (3 hours)
- Full Day Mediation $3,500 plus GST (7 hours)
This fee includes a pre-mediation conference with each party before the mediation (if appropriate), preparation, and attendance at the mediation.
Mediations can be held online or in person (at a location nominated by the parties, noting any venue costs will be paid separately by the parties).
